Our GJM Organizing Formula: Idea Power + Servant Leadership Power + People Power + Demonstration Power = Money Power to the People for:

• The Just Third Way toward a Free and Democratic Global Order

• The Universal Common Good

1. Idea Power, to mobilize educators to teach the Just Third Way* paradigm.

2. Servant Leadership Power, to surface leaders committed to social justice who will teach, communicate and unite with others to transform laws and social systems so that they align with the Just Third Way.

3. People Power, to engage the hearts and minds of all interested people, to become Soldiers of Justice for peaceful Just Third Way demonstrations.

4. Demonstration Power, to develop success stories and build models of the Just Third Way at all levels of human society.

Our GJM Organizing Formula will be applied to the following inter-related ideas:

i. Monetary & Economic Reform, to help bring money power to the people. Activities under this heading would include:

• Advocating a Second Bretton Woods Conference, to redesign the global monetary system and end unpayable debt.
• Community-Based Currencies.
• Genuine Wealth Accounting.

ii. A Secure Income to act as a safety net and help eliminate poverty in the midst of plenty. Activities under this heading include:

• A Negative Income Tax
• Exploration of other basic income concepts.

iii. Economic Democracy to help build participatory, transparent and accountable structures involving various levels of government. This would include:

• The Community Investment Corporation, for linking people to land and advanced technology for building sustainable citizen-owned Third Millennium communities.
• Meeting the challenges of global economic structures with global governance structures.

iv. Justice Based Management to help build participatory, transparent and accountable structures in business and non-governmental organizations. These include:

• Justice-Based Management Corporations: for encouraging more corporations to provide direct ownership stakes to all their workers and stakeholders: to distribute profits fully to their owners: that are structured for democratic governance, transparency and accountability; and to develop a sustainable servant leadership culture.
• Justice-Based Stakeholder Unions, for teaching and organizing all stakeholder-owners for participatory democracy in corporate governance.

v. Peace through Justice, in which Justice Based Management policies and more are advocated as an important part of solving trouble in the world's hot spots. This includes:

• The Abraham Federation, to implement a new nation-building and economic development model in the West Bank, Gaza or Jerusalem.
• Justice for Iraq.

* The Just Third Way transcends the power-concentrating tendencies of both capitalism and socialism, but it preserves the best of both systems. Logically, it is an inclusive free market system that empowers all individuals and families through expanded ownership.
